- Liquidity Index of the property - how easy is it to sell this property, should it be necessary or profitable
- Vacancy Index - how easy is it to find a tenant
- Price Growth Expectation - the estimated price growth of a property of this type in this area.
All target projects are carefully considered, selected and evaluated by our team. If we see problems with their experience and how they approach the business or the real estate project is not a good opportunity for Stock.estate investor’s community, we delay or refuse to list these projects.
You do not need to do anything to earn interest, it will be paid under the loan agreement concluded on the Platform with the project developer, according to the Repayment Schedule. You will receive interest from the rental income paid by the developer directly into your bank account.
You can track all the amounts you have earned from the real estate projects you have invested in in your platform user profile.
